i have been so busy this weekend i had a baby shower for my sister in low so i have been bad i hope i can stay on track this week so i can accomplish this challenge today is a new week Monday i can start this week with going to go work out and having a good attitude about today :)

day one and i feel great we are having family come from Arizona we are going out for dinner and i hope i can do with out the coke i will work out at home when we come back the word of the day is I CAN DO IT well that is more then one word I'm going to take time to blog and keep this going.....

the day ot the dentist

Devin did so good at the dentist such a big boy. I was so proud of him. We loved our new dentist all the staff was so nice and it was so clean. Devin loved it Logan was not so happy he is such an active little one. he is so different then Devin was at his age but I love him to pieces he is my little monster. he did ok for his first time he is still to young to understand the concept of the dentist but he did great after all the crying he got a balloon his favourite and he was sooo happy .we had a great experiments.
